The Food Processing Plant Project aims to become a model for advanced and sustainable food processing, establishing a strong foundation of knowledge and innovation that contributes to improving quality of life and meeting the needs of farmers and productive families.
The project aims to establish food processing laboratories equipped with small and medium-sized packaging and processing equipment that allow for the testing of new production techniques and the provision of effective solutions to beneficiaries that meet the needs of the local market, with a focus on food quality and safety.
